SHIPPING POLICY


PO BOXES –If delivery is to a PO Box, expedited shipping services are not available.   Only standard delivery service (ground) can be sent to a PO Box.

 
FREE 2 DAY DELIVERY (48 STATES)
Many locations have the availability of free 2 day delivery.  We place inventory in  warehouses across the country – whether you receive 2 day depends on how close the nearest warehouse is to your location.   If 2 day shipping is not available in your area, free standard ground shipping (3-7 business days) is provided. 2 day shipping is not available to PO boxes. Other paid expedited shipping options may be available. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIME: 

Expedited Orders: placed before 2:00PM Eastern Standard time on business days will ship the same day as you placed your order. Orders received after 2:00PM EST will ship on the next business day.  Please note, delivery time is also calculated in business days. 

Standard Orders: will ship within 48 hours, and arrive within 3-7 business days. 

Business days are Monday – Friday excluding major holidays.  This means that an order placed after 2:00PM EST on Friday would ship on the following Monday.
 
Please note – There are no outgoing shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.
 
Examples of the effects of shipping cutoff and business days:
 
If ordering on a Thursday before 2:00PM EST (shipping cutoff time) and you are offered FREE 2 day delivery, your order will ship on Thursday and arrive on Monday. If your order is after shipping cutoff time, then your order will ship on Friday and arrive on the following Tuesday.
 
If ordering on a Monday before 2:00PM EST (shipping cutoff time), and you are offered Free 2 Day shipping your order will arrive on Wednesday.  If your order is received after shipping cutoff time, then your order would arrive on Thursday.


TIME IN TRANSIT INFORMATION is supplied to us by our carriers.  iWALKFree, Inc. is not responsible for delays in shipping, shipping damage due to carrier mishandling, or packages lost/stolen after delivery. 
Delivery will be to the address you supply.  iWALKFree cannot be responsible for address errors provided by the buyer.  Shipping notifications and tracking number will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you provide.


TRACKING INFORMATION – Tracking information is created when the shipping company picks up your order from our warehouse location.  They will scan your package and transmit the data to us, which immediately results in us sending you an email which includes your tracking number.


ALASKA / HAWAII DELIVERIES - Free Next Day and 2 Day shipping and discounted overnight shipping are not available for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.  Due to limitations with our fulfillment company, we cannot provide you with solutions using our online shopping cart. BUT we want to take care of you. In order for us to research all possibilities to get you an iWALK crutch as quickly and economically possible, please CALL US @ 562-653-4222 to place your order over the phone. We are available from 8am - 4pm PT Monday - Friday.


REPLACEMENT PARTS – If replacement parts are ordered together with an iWALK crutch, the replacement parts may ship separately and separate shipping charges may apply.
